1. Physical Products

• Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at arrojusreenivasulu@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

• Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

2. Digital Products and Online Courses

• Refund Eligibility: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for our online courses. If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 30% of the course content.

• Process: To request a refund for a digital product or online course, please contact us at arrojusreenivasulu@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Cancellations

• Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the returns process.

• Course Cancellations: If you need to cancel your enrollment in an online course, please contact us at arrojusreenivasulu@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the completion limit mentioned above.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Downloadable Software Products: These are not eligible for returns once they have been downloaded.

5. Shipping for Returns

• Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
